Children $45 per month
Children joining with guardian or parent $35 per month
Adults age 22-39 $55 per month
Adults age 40-49 $65 per month
Adults age 50-59 $75 per month
Adults 60 and over $85 per month
Family max for membership $175/month
Couples max $145/month any age
One month free for paying membership annually.
One- time enrollment fee of $75 for new patients (family max $150). This is billed at the time of sign-up.
MyMD also offers labs at discounted cost. Any fees outside of the membership will be discussed with all patients prior to billing.
